Don’t worry, it’s out of control is an interdisciplinary large ensemble that combines contemporary music, text, performance and visuals and was founded in 2023 by the musician Nicklas Koppe (DE) in collaboration with the artist Nadja Kracunovic (SRB).
In five dream phases, scientific future scenarios of the climate crisis are interpreted and
illustrated from the perspective of the year 2100. In this change of perspective, the search for
ecological narratives for our society begins and the present can be criticised with new clarity.
Nađa Kračunović's texts and performances are closely linked to Nicklas Koppe's compositions and
the improvisations of the seven musicians and are accompanied by live projections by Fridolin Krön.
Musically, the programme ranges from classical harmonies and Latin grooves to jazz and contemporary music.
In 2024, the ensemble published an EP
and a music film.
Don’t worry, it’s out of control is essentially a concert format.
However, it is supplemented by other activities, such as a workshop or a music film.
The project is also constantly looking for collaboration partners from outside the cultural sector.
